New Beginnings

Being with my lovely group of level four students is coming to an end. We won’t be with them next year, but they’ve given me an idea. A couple of them mentioned my ” witchy energies” and I thought that it would be a great idea to create a workshop on working with earth energies to ground and stabilise us in this bewildering and unstable world.

Into my cauldron I will put Jung and his archetypes, the wheel of the year, the goddesses and gods from Pagan mythology and a large pinch of Louise Hay.

Jung studies different cultures and found that the same themes and archetypal figures appeared, they had different names but their functions were similar. From these studies he developed the concept of the Collective Unconscious.

The year contains 8 segments, each one beginning with a festival. Each segment contains particular energies which we tune into ,enabling us to stay grounded and go with our own energies.

The goddesses and gods are archetypal figures, representing particular qualities and energies. They are linked to life stages and the festivals. I can identify with Ceredwin the crone at Samhain, or the christianised version of the witch at Halloween.

We will also look at how these symbols and archetypes are already part of our daily lives.

I trained as a Louise Hay teacher over 20 years ago but my life went in a different direction and I didn’t use my knowledge. Now the time is right and we can stir her healing of body and mind into the mix.

The Autumn programme which will take place at the Cabin will begin on 5th September with the final part of the Certificate in Group Supervision. That is full. The new Supervision Diploma course is on 12th September.

On Saturday 11th September I’m running two ongoing monthly supervision groups. Working with TA workshop will be held on 1st and 2nd of October. People have already signed up for that and if we get more than 5 it will be held at Dartford.

If you are interested in any of the above, please get in touch for more information.

I have spaces for one to one supervision.
