In isolation at Bally P.

Last week I was sitting on a bus in London and for the first time didn’t feel safe.

This horrible virus could be lurking in any of the people looming over me or squashed up beside me.  Being one of those most at risk (over 70 and having damaged lungs due to 20plus years of smoking 30 fags a day) I thought it was time to self isolate and go to Ireland. So here I am. I’m a natural introvert so isolation is fine by me although I’ll miss the children and grandchildren, and I can catch up on all those things I wanted to do but never got round to.

The courses have been postponed at least until June. It is a nuisance to have to suspend two courses half way through, but I’m sure everyone will agree it’s the best thing to do. One good thing is that I will have to learn to Skype as I will carry on with my supervision practice.

None of us knows what is going to happen, but please keep in touch. I’m not going anywhere.
