As a supervisor I have noticed that the most common problems that are discussed in sessions are to do with the dynamics of relationships.  These can be counsellor/client, counsellor/supervisor or organisation or any combination of the numerous relationships within the profession.

I think it might be useful for counsellors trained in a person centred or integrative way to have some understanding of the powerful unconscious processes that are present in these relationships, so I am running this one day course.

We will be looking at Transference, Countertransference, Projection, Projective Identification and Archetypes and how they are often present in professional relationships. We will also be examining how to work with them. As usual I will be giving examples from my own practice.

This course is for counsellors who have had Person Centred or Integrative training.
